We are currently recruiting for a Sales office Administrator to join our well established client in Coalville!

Temp to perm role

GBP8.72 p/h

As a Sales office administrator your duties will include:

To receive customer enquiries and price potential orders
To pass on market information to the appropriate quarter regarding orders
To be able to assist with transport, co-ordinating deliveries to meet customer's requirements in an efficient manner.
To handle customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner involving management, technical department or other appropriate personnel where necessary.
To participate in a positive co-operative way that is helpful to employee welfare and assists in creating a happy, productive and safe working environment.
To help ensure the smooth running of the main office and in particular meet the customer's needs.
To assist with the inputting and document organisation for the Purchase and Sales Ledger functions
To provide an efficient and friendly contact in the customer ordering processSkills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure
