Lettings Negotiator required for a multi-award-winning estate agency in Stoke Newington. As a Lettings Negotiator you will have property experience in the local market but trainees are also considered if you have the right work ethic and mindset.
Lettings negotiators need to be confident in managing your own workload but also happy to help and support the wider team. As a Lettings negotiator you will be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients so you need to be articulate, able to talk to all walks of life, be friendly and personable.
You also need to have good communication and organisation skills with a passion for property and for representing a reputable local firm.
You will be ambitious, hungry to succeed and be a excellent team player who deals well under pressure.

You will receive a basic salary of around GBP25,000 per annum and an OTE of GBP40,000 - GBP50,000. As well as this they also supply you with a company car if required. The hours will be full time working Monday through till Friday 8:30 - 6 and every other Saturday .
