Senior Mechanical Engineer job in Leeds, A permanent role with a negotiable salary dependent on experience.
Your new company
A leading professional services business with their regional head office in Leeds centre are looking for an experienced senior mechanical engineer to join their vibrant team to work alongside some of the countries leading blue chip companies on some new build and refurbishment projects.
Your new role
Duties in this role will include but not be limited too:
Carrying out detailed 'Mechanical Building Services Design Engineering' on new build and refurbishment construction projects
Undertake feasibility studies, concept and scheme design stages
Attend design team and client team meetings.
Inspect and report on mechanical building services systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to design principle mechanical systems taken from a concept level of design through to detailed design (BSRIA BG6 Stage 4A) including:
Ventilation design
Air conditioning design
Comfort cooling design
Chilled water
Domestic hot and cold water systems / Public Health
Heating systems
Above Ground drainage
HVAC control principles
BMS, EMS,
Ability to view and interpret drawings in AutoCAD.
