Our client is a leading Menswear Retailer who are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager in Menswear / Fashion to join their team for their store based within Sterling Mills Outlet Village Unit 6A/6B Tillicoultry Scotland FK13 6HQ.
It is essential that the successful applicant has managerial experience in running a Retail Store in either Menswear or Fashion, your duties will include managing the team and arranging staffing rota's, sales and service, merchandising stock and presentation, plus use of till and card machine. You will also be required to organise, unload and check off deliveries received at the store. A training programme will be given on all their stock. However good managerial, merchandising and selling skills are essential to the role.
Hours of work will be a minimum 37.5 hours per week in a varied shift pattern, between centre opening hours. As you arrange the rota, more hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages eg: covering holidays and busy periods.
Salary: GBP19.5K plus commission and Manager Bonus.
