One of our clients, a multi award winning business based in Ruislip is looking for a Sales or Lettings Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone who has an estate agency background and has proven track record of winning business. They are looking for someone who is fun, trustworthy and has a high energy personality.

Registering applicants
Sourcing new landlords and prospecting
Leaflet dropping
Arranging and conducting viewings
Build the sales business in Ruislip area
Have excellent rapport and relationships with customers
Provide valuable feedback to vendorsBenefits
Salary: GBP15k - GBP20k
OTE : GBP30k - GBP35k
Hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 18:30 | Friday 9:00 - 18:00
Weekend Hours: 1 in every 2 Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00. (This is being reviewed and changing to 1 in 3)
Offer on-going training
28 Days annual leave including Bank holidays (which is also being reviewed)
