Salary GBP18,000 per annum

James Grace Associates is currently recruiting for experienced customer retention advisors to work for one of our clients based in Leicester.
This customer retention role is a permanent role with a starting salary of GBP18,000 per annum
Candidates must have minimum of 18 months experience in customer retention.
Immediate intakes in January, February, and March 2021.
Please note this customer retention role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
The candidate will be retaining customers who are wanting to cancel or suspend their membership, your job will be to retain and persuade the customer to stay and provide information to why it benefits the customer to stay a member.
Responsibilities in this customer retention role:
?? Dealing with inbound customer calls
?? Providing high quality customer service to members
?? Responding to emails / chats
?? Negotiating with customers to retain their membership
Ideal candidates:
?? Influencing and negotiating skills
?? Previous experience in similar role
?? Computer skills
?? Telephone skills
