James Grace Associates is currently recruiting for experienced customer service advisors to work for one of our clients based in Leicester.
This customer service role is a permanent role with a starting salary of GBP18,000 per annum
Candidates must have minimum of 18 months experience in customer service.
Immediate intakes in January, February, and March 2021.
Please note this customer service role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday + Saturday when required.
Responsibilities in this customer service role:
• Dealing with incoming calls
• Providing high quality customer service
• Responding to emails / chats
• Negotiating with customers
Ideal candidates:
• Influencing and negotiating skills
• Previous experience in similar role
• Computer skills
• Telephone skills
