MHC Overview:

MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients. We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 Banks.

Project commentary: Supporting the Digital Leadership Team with coordinating activities under the Originations and Servicing Value Stream, and working with Feature Teams to remove impediments and maximise velocity and productivity across multiple deliveries.

Essential skills/experience: SENIOR SCRUM MASTER

The successful candidate will have proven experience of:

1. Ensuring Agile principles, Scrum processes and ceremonies are understood and followed by the Feature Team

2. Assisting in implementing and monitoring the adoption of Agile practices, principles and standards within existing and new teams within IT

3. Removing impediments and protects the team from outside impacts and disruption

4. Offering encouraging and inspirational leadership & champions the team's successes

The candidate will have extensive knowledge and proven experience of Agile ways of working, Scrum/SAFe methodology (knowledge of Value Streams & Feature Teams is a bonus).

The candidate should have proven experience of coordinating and leading other Scrum Master
