Customer Service Advisor (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Wokingham
Salary: GBP11 per hour - GBP21,000
My client based in Wokingham are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be a confident and professional individual with excellent data entry and administration skills. This role is currently a home based position
Daily Duties
Answering incoming calls from customers and answering their queries with a high level of customer service.
Replying to emails
General Administrative duties
Writing letters in reply to customers
Working Hours
37.5hrs/ week - Shift patterns will include a mixture of
Day: 9am- 5.30pm
Evening: 11:30am-8pm
Saturday/Bank Holiday: 9am-5:30pm (in return for a day in lieu that week)
Each shift - 1 hour unpaid lunch break, 2x10 minute breaks paid, 1x10 minute personal time paid
