Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client for a Returns Coordinator to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Hours: Mon - Fri 9-5.30pm
Pay: Starting at GBP8.72 per hour (will increase when taking on permanently)
Role: You will be required to contact the company's suppliers via phone/email or their portal in order to inform them of a return that has been sent to you by your customer so that you can organise the return to them.
Providing administration support and instructions to the picking/packing and warehouse team
I am looking for the right candidate to possess:
Excellent telephone manner, excellent computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be dealing with Suppliers (businesses)
