A national Civil Engineering company, offering a broad service offering across a variety of sectors. They operate as a main contractor offering civil engineering services including telecom and utilities services to clients such as Thames and Southern Water.
The Role
We are recruiting for a Site Supervisor, who can demonstrate a stable career history working within Civil Engineering and in particular the Water industry. Being based on site and the operational support for the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor will have worked on a variety of Water and Utilities projects. These projects would suit a Site Supervisor, who has worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and will be used to working in live environments.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be used to managing a variety of subcontractors and will be used to seeing projects from start to finish, overseeing method statements, management of subcontractors including risk assessments and progress, whilst keeping the project on track within health and safety protocols. You will also have experience with running teams on site of subcontractors and junior colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
It is imperative for this role that you hold a NRSWA Supervisors tickets, A Thames Water Blue Card and ideally a Thames Water passport, although this can be provided. A CSCS cards and an SSSTS is also a requirement for this role. This role will operate within the Thames Water London and South East region, meaning that travel and a Driving License will also be a requirement
