Customer Service Admin

Location: Northampton

Hourly rate: GBP10

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 8:00pm - Flexi shifts)

A flourishing logistics company within Northampton are looking to expand their Inbound team with an experienced customer service individual to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

You will be responsible for responding to customer emails relating to inbound shipments, therefore you will need to be confident at writing emails and responding to detailed requests.

Main Duties:

Receiving calls from customers relating to shipment queries
Updating and maintaining the database
Making outbound calls to customers regarding shipments and updates
Dealing with delivery issues and queries
Ensuring the relevant paperwork is documented and filed away as required
Providing high end customer service and managing customers' expectations where they maybe a delay in delivery.The successful candidate:

Strong customer service experience
MS Office experience
Confident writing and responding to emails
Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work under pressure
