Commercial Coordinator, Administrator, Document Control, Bids, Proposals, Contracts, RFQs
A Commercial Coordinator is required to join a fantastic organisation in the Telford area with knowledge and experience of Bids, Proposals, Document Control and overall Administration, coordination experience. Candidates with experience of the Defense industry would be well received.
Due to growth and some exciting new contracts this company, based in Telford requires an experienced Commercial Coordinator with customer interfacing experience for a new permanent role.
As a Commercial Coordinator you will be required to:
Support any commercial activity across all programmes and opportunities.
Support and Lead some negotiations.
Assist in the review of drafting, negotiating and finalisation of any bids, commercial agreements, and contracts.
Managing the commercial lifecycle management
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Completion of SAP transactions (Sales enquiries, sales quotations, sales contracts, and sales orders
Quality Assurance - working to project/functional requirements.
The Commercial Coordinator should have the following skills or experience:
Experience in a Customer facing role.
Experience of Customer Relationship management
Able to work as part of multi-functional bid/project teams.
A knowledge of Commercial principles, techniques, and practices
Excellent communication skills
