Candidate/Talent Researcher for Global law firm
My client is a global law firm looking to recruit a candidate Researcher to join their expanding team in a newly created team. You will be coming into a supportive and progressive culture that offers flexibility. This role will be to support on a project basis working on a variety of campaigns. You will be :
* Working closely with the in-house recruitment team to assist, build and execute recruitment campaigns
* You will improve candidate attraction through proactive sourcing, candidate relationship management, and marketing initiatives.
* Managing data analytics and presenting these to the wider recruitment & HR team
* Pro-actively thinking ahead and problem solving looking at new and innovative ways of sourcing and managing external talent possibilities
* Utilising Social Media such as Linked-in and in-house portal systems
* Pro-actively searching Cvs and candidate databases to produce market maps and reaching out to candidates
* Have strong commercial acumen and market knowledge
Applicants will have previous experience of researching candidates and candidate mapping in a similar role. You will have experience of working with data to identify key trends and innovative possibilities for future planning. This is very much a value add role and not a role that will remain stagnant. You will have a passion for researching and placing candidates. Ideally, experience of working with law firms/legal candidates would be preferred or professional services. You will have a good level of education (degree or equivalent) with strong research skills.
