An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant to join a very well established law firm in Hedge End.

The position as Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant will include duties such assisting in a busy residential property conveyancing department, Assist two or more fee earners, drafting Transfers, completing SDLT forms, submitting applications to HMLR, drafting completion statements and invoices. Will have an ability to handle a high volume case load.

This Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant will have a need for the successful candidate to be ambitious and a forward thinker, always planning ahead. The Conveyancing Assistant/ Legal Assistant will also have a desire to play a fundamental part in the conveyancing sector with a real drive to develop.

In return, the successful Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant will be working on a permanent basis within an ever expanding environment within a multi award wining firm
