Totally Recruitment are looking for an experienced Office Supervisor for our client based within the Smethwick area. This position is now vacant due to company expansion.

As an Office Supervisor you will be working in a challenging environment where you will be required to manage an existing team of staff within a busy sales office. You will also be required to liaise with the external sales team to maximise customer service and communication.

You must have previous knowledge of working with a CRM system, answering client queries, inputting and monitoring orders, ensuring that all processes and paperwork are completed within a timely manner.

It is essential that you have previous supervisor or managerial experience for this position as you will be required to manage your team to maximise efficiency and provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.

Skills/Requirements

??Excellent leadership qualities, organised and the ability to make key decisions.

??Previous experience working within a Managerial or Supervisor role.

??Excellent customer services skills (face to face and over the telephone).

??Excellent written and verbal communication.

??A good level of Maths and English.
