Harvey Nash is looking to source and secure a talented Senior Analyst for their End User Services.

The End User Services Lead will provide technical leadership for all operational and project activities within End User Services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and act as the subject matter expert for End User Services.

Duties:

• Partner with Architects and Third Parties to deliver a high quality user experience

• Provide technical leadership for assigned IT environments

• Ensure Infrastructure availability in line with agreed SLAs

• Proactive monitoring and capacity planning

• Define, document and implement processes

• Identify risks and issues

• Solve service delivery issues

• Work with the cyber security team to identify vulnerabilities

• Create low level technical designs (from high level designs)

• 3rd party supplier management

• Budget management (contribution)

• Adherence and participation in IT Service management processes

• Remain up to date with emerging technologies and make evidence based suggestions

• Own the disaster recovery capability

• Converged communications

• End user compute

• Collaboration tools experience

• Enterprise Telephony experience

• Contact centre technologies

• Monitoring & event management Tools

Essential

• Strong communication skills

• Analytical and logical

• Experience working with 3rd party suppliers

• ITSM experience
