We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an engaging, dynamic individual to join a progressive global professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre! This is a very busy, varied role supporting the wider HR and recruitment team, managing the full employment life-cycle, and handling any enquiries that come through in a timely, efficient manner!

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:My client based in Birmingham are an international law firm with an outstanding reputation is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for a new and exciting opportunity to support the wider team.

This role will support the wider recruitment team supporting them in a variety of recruitment projects across the firm. Working within a diverse, innovative, and progressive environment your role will be key to ensure a wide range of administrative tasks are undertaken to support the team. Your role will entail:

* Booking in candidate interviews and using the in-house recruitment systems

* Arranging events and briefings

* Managing the Cv process for the senior recruiters

* Producing reports and taking ownership of recruitment invoices

* Advertising vacancies on the company website and linked-in.

* Liaising with candidates

* Managing internal CRM systems and the HR database, continuously working towards improving recruitment processes

* Supporting the team with any additional administration tasks

This role is ideal for a candidate with some previous recruitment experience looking for an opportunity within a bigger and more corporate firm. You will be good at multi-tasking, building relationships, managing high volumes have superb attention to detail.
