Aston Birmingham

The role will involve a wide variety of tasks with the main duties and responsibilities being:
Maintain the internal CRM system and other databases
Assist the accounts team with generating and distributing invoices
Help answer incoming telephone calls and deal with e-mail correspondence
Assist with adhoc administration duties as and when required - scanning, data entry, indexing, copying etc.

Candidates must be have the following:
Previous experience within administration
Have excellent attention to details and have the ability to produce work to a high standard
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Hold excellent PC skills - knowledge of Word, Windows, Excel etc.
Have excellent organisational and time management skills
This is a part time position - hours of work are 10.00 to 14.00 Monday to friday
