DeputySupported Living Manager
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Deputy Supported Living Manager to support and lead in the management of a supported living services located in North London. This role is for a high quality luxuy retirment service for older people. Your main areas of responsibilites is to enable and facilitate care and support workers in delivering high quality services. You will be at the forefron of demonstrating best pratice, undertaking supervision and carrying out praxtice observations to monitor service quality. Completing care and support plans, risk assessment and reviews.
Support with providing operational and strategic leadership and management
Ensuring the smooth running of the retirement service within budget requirements
Developing and mentoring your care & support workers
Committed to the delivery of high -quality person centred services
Key requirements for the Deputy Supported Living Manager role
Proven experience as a strong, supportive and effective Deputy Supported Living Manager/Retirement Living
You need to have been a deputy manager or team leader of (large team) previously
A proven ability to meet and maintain CQC requirements with strong understanding of the KLOES
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
NVQ level 2/3/equivalent qualification and experience
Understanding of and effecitve leadership and mananagement in relation to private paying clients or self funders
