Legionella Risk Assessor
GBP28-35k pa basic depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced and reliable legionella risk assessor to join our small team with a well-respected Legionella Control Specialist company. We operate primarily in the Yorkshire region and some national contracts. Established for over 12 years, we are seeking a self-motivated, reliable individual with good interpersonal skills to work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate should have high standards in their role and a strong work ethic.
The successful applicant will;
* Complete Legionella risks assessments
* Have in depth knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG 274, 282
* Produce schematic drawings using Visio software
* Be able to prepare high quality reports to clients deadlines
* Do routine service visits as required, including showerhead cleans, temperature monitoring, sampling, TMV fail safe tests
* Be competent at cleaning and chemical disinfection of water systems
* Have previous experience in this industry
Other beneficial experience would include previous technical knowledge in water systems and or health and safety.
This is a job for an organised, trustworthy person who can meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to travel regionally and sometimes nationally. On average the job requires a few overnight stays monthly. Occasional weekend work may be requested.
An ability to be flexible with the daily working hours to suit the schedule would also be very advantageous.
