My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support their HR team during a increase in workload due to a specific project, this contract is estimated to last 12 months.

Responsibilities will include:

Track and record training
Book hotels, organise transport, and training venues
Liaise with line managers to plan and release staff to attend training courses
Uploading training content onto elearning system
Provide recruitment support including organising interviews, sending application regrets, making employment offers
Coordinating new employee onboarding including sending out contracts, reference checking and updating new starter details on various trackers/systems
General administration support within the HR team including filing, scanning, photocopying etc

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Strong administration experience, ideally within a HR or recruitment environment would be beneficial
Excellent planning, organisation and prioritising skills within a fast paced environment
Strong IT skills which should include MS Outlook, Word and Excel, you should be confident mail merging and creating/updating spreadsheets
