Branch Manager

Extra Personnel have been established since 1992 and have grown year on year to be part of a GBP350 million group. Currently operating from 14 Regional Service Centres across the UK we are currently seeking a Branch Manager for one of our Industrial teams in Blackburn.

Key Duties of a Branch Manager

Day to Day management of busy Industrial branch
Train and develop new and existing staff
Lead by example
Attend sales and service meetings
Develop new and existing client base
Ad-here to client KPI's
Achieve and exceed P&L targets
Follow strict compliance, rules and regulationsKey Skills of a Branch Manager

To have worked in a Recruitment environment at either manager or Senior Consultant level
Excellent Communication skills from all levels flexi workers - Directors
Computer Literate
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Motivate all team members
Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving
