As an assistant production manager you will be part of a large manufacturing site where you will help manage a variety of different sections within the factory and could be helping to lead, motivate and develop teams from 50-100 on different shifts. Your role will be flexible working with different shifts and different days to help make sure this site continues to create brilliant, great tasting products which are sold in the major retailers.
Aside from the day to day of helping to manage a team you will also be an integral part of the production management team helping with CI projects and leading CI initiatives. Ideally you will utilise your background in food manufacturing and previous blue-chip lean initiatives.
As an Assistant Production Manager you will ideally have a background within a blue-chip food manufacturing environment as a production team leader or shift manager.
