Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with a passion for delivering an outstanding level of customer service? Are you a proactive and adaptable individual that can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment?

Mpeople Recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Openshaw. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that have continuous growth.

Package - 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, employee share scheme, free parking, gym & swimming pool membership, and pension scheme.

The main aspects of the role would be:

* Responding to customer service enquiries via the telephone, online chat and through various media platforms

* Sales order processing of time critical customer orders in a timely fashion

* Responsible for providing an excellent customer service at all times

* Replying to reviews on sites such as Trustpilot, Yotpo and Google Reviews

Experience

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Customer Services/Sales Administration background preferably from a similar prestige product

* Experience with the Microsoft package is essential

* Experience of order inputting on an in-house order management system

* Digital customer service experience from the high end or luxury sector would be advantageous but is not necessary
