2nd Line Support Engineer (field-based position)
Type of contract: 6 months Fixed term contract
Salary: GBP - GBP per annum
For our client based in Preston we are looking for 2nd line support who will be responsible for deskside support, break fixing hardware & software, hardware builds (EUC and mobile devices), site network setups, decamps, etc. The role is office-based, however, the successful candidate is expected to be more involved out on-site and therefore to a vast amount of travelling.
- Previous IT experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience of high-level customer service skills
- Experience in fixing hardware and software
- Being available for extensive travel
