Sentinel are working with an exciting FinTech company, looking for a Customer Success Manager to help their customers achieve maximum benefit from their technology.
Key Responsibilitues:
- Build and maintain customer relationships in Tier 1 Banks and Financial institutions across the UK, European and International markets.
- Respond to inbound enquiries and managing the full sales life cycle
- Manage partner relationships to maximise commercial success, assist with marketing communications and represent the company at industry events
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Customer Success role with a history of working with Tier 1 Banks
- A strong sales record with history of achieveing new business sales in Payments and/or Technology
- Strong understanding of the market and a knowledge of new target areas.
