Our focus is on creating intelligent, quality products that allow premium hotel brands to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Our clientele includes many of the best-known hotel groups such as Hilton, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont, Shangri La and Peninsula hotel groups. And we distribute in over 50 countries globally.

We are searching for a talented Regional Sales Manager who is excited by, appreciates and values luxury. In this role you will be responsible for:

* Delivering the sales revenue and profit targets in Europe, with a personal portfolio of clients

* Maximising sales and profit growth

* The annual regional plan & budget

* Leading, coaching, motivating, and supporting the European sales team

* Leading key account reviews

* Managing the weekly European sales pipeline meetings

* Accurate records in CRM (Acumatica)

* Attending key trade shows in your region and supporting other regions as necessary

* Representing the Craster brand, its values and product range to its fullest potential in a competitive global marketplace

* Assisting in the development of marketing and PR initiatives to maximise brand exposure

* Providing product feedback to the design team

To be successful, you will have:

* 5 years sales experience within the hospitality industry - hotels, restaurants, conferencing & banqueting, preferably in the luxury marketplace

* Exceptional sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

* Strong planning & organisation skills with high levels of self-motivation and drive

* Gravitas with the ability to identify and interact with key customer decision makers

* Coaching and mentoring experience to build an exceptional regional sales team

* Fluent in French, Spanish, German, or Italian

* Natural ability to network and build long term relationships with the hospitality industry
Collaborative approach to work across all functions to achieve sales and business goals

* Excellent Microsoft Office user skills - especially Excel
