HR Systems Controller
Evans Jones Associates are thrilled to be working alongside our National, reputable client that have been trading successfully since the 80's. They specialise within warehousing, logistics and supply management through innovation, dedication, and technology. Our client operates across six sites and employ over 350 people across the UK, with rapid growth expected to continue.
Our client is in the process of going through an exciting transformational change programme. After recently investing in Mitrefinch, a new solution to all workforce management with cutting-edge systems for time and attendance, HR, Payroll, and Access Control.
We are now looking for an experienced HR Systems Controller to deliver the full implementation of the system ensuring all potential benefits are maximised including team efficiencies.
Working collaboratively with the Group HR Manager, you will establish a clear road map of how improvements can be implemented, with priorities defined and timelines agreed. You will also be able to offer generalist HR advice and support to key line managers throughout the business, working closely with other HR Advisors.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in HR systems and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of leading on systems implementations including self-service functionality. You will have in depth experience of HR data & reporting as well as previous experience working within a fast-paced HR environment. This is a varied role that not only supports the full HR department, but will also take control in the implementation of the system.
The successful candidate will be proactive, and results driven with the ability to work autonomously and find solutions. Experience of using Mitrefinch, Civica and/or Networx would be desirable but not essential.
