Manage a property portfolio in accordance with regulations
Respond and manage client comms
Plan, attend and chair client meetings
Plan and prepare service budget
Plan, prepare and conduct site visits
Check and manage all client/site documentation
Liaise, book in and oversee contractorsExperience

Proven Customer Service experience
Experience within a property related field
keen to learn and build a career
Solid IT skills and high levels of attention to detail
Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
