HR/HCM Market Lead (German Works Council) - UK based

We are looking for an HR/HCM Market Lead specialising in People Transformation in the German market, to join a Workday implementation for one of Europe's largest multi-media organisations.

You will be integral to their change and transformation HR strategy, which has UX at its heart. With a clear focus, next generation vision and some incredible in-flight digital evolution you will be a core member of this team, playing a critical role in designing and delivering the German proportion of the deployment.

We will only be able to consider fluent German speakers for this role.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for the coordination of the programme activities and support the planning, scheduling and preparation of workshops as well as national and international meetings and test activities
• Ensure that market requirements are mapped and that legal and regulatory requirements are recorded and anchored in the design
• Actively support the creation and maintenance of the programme plan for Germany and ensure that it remains consistent with the global programme plan
• Work closely with the Programme Lead and programme team, maintaining all relevant stakeholder relationships, particularly with the German works council
• Work closely with the technical team, participating in testing activities and supporting the change and communication teams
• Work closely with my client's implementation partner for Workday, taking responsibility for the preparation and execution of regular check points and reviews

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience of working in an HR role in Germany and/or or an HR transformation programme that covered Germany as part of its scope
• Knowledge of the legal or regulatory requirements of the German market
• Previous experience of working with the German works council
• Fluent German language skills
• Knowledge of HR and payroll and the related processes in relation to people transformation
