About Us

Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change (CN4C) is a charity and a social enterprise which aims to transform the quality of life for people, places, and communities.

The "Positive People" Building Better Opportunities, Coast to Coast and South and East projects, funded by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund, seek to help people who are unemployed or economically inactive to overcome their personal barriers to participation in training, volunteering, education and work. The programmes help individuals to increase their skills, experience and knowledge, enabling them to develop personally and move towards work, volunteering, education or training.

We're now on the lookout for a Caseworker to join us and support the success of the project in Redruth and St Austell. This is a fixed-term contract until the 31st March 2022 (which may extend subject to funding).
