FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER - WELL-ESTABLISHED HOLIDAY PARK SITUATED ON THE JURRASIC COAST (DORSET) - LARGE VENUE - UP TO GBP35,000 - OPPORTUNITY FOR FURTHER PROGRESSION

We are assisting with the recruitment of a F&B Manager to oversee the commercial operations within this well established Holiday Park venue.

The park consists of circa 600 holiday properties and the venue includes a range of premium facilities, including leisure and spa facilities. You will report into the General Manager and:

* Oversee the Food & Beverage operation at the venue, including a Grill Restaurant, large bar, takeaway operation, entertainment complex and other on-site facilities

* Achieve a Food & Beverage target of circa GBP2m per annum

* Manage a team of circa 35 team members across the different departments, with 5 direct reports

* Focus on improving service standards and delivering a consistently high level across the business

* Seek and implement areas for improvement, driving sales across the departments

* Deal with complaint issues and resolve them within a timely manner

Ideally you will come from an F&B focussed environment, either within a Holiday park, restaurant or pub environment and held a managerial role which included people development, budget control and P&L management. You will have:

* Excellent attention to detail

* High communication skills, both verbal and written

* The ability to lead and have a hands-on, visible approach to management

* Engagement and development skills, driving and developing the team around you

This is a great opportunity with a developing group who recently purchased another park and have plans for further expansion. The role could lead to either a General Manager or a Group Head of F&B role which is potentially planned for the future.
