Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a PR and Content Manager to join us in a remote role working from home. You will join us on a full time, fixed term contract (maternity cover) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 per annum.

As our PR and Content Manager, you will work within the Corporate Communications team and will be responsible for the management and delivery of corporate messages across earned, shared and owned channels to protect and enhance BFS's corporate reputation amongst key stakeholders.
Your key duties as our PR and Content Manager will include:
- Managing BFS UK's external content strategy, ensuring the availability of ongoing, relevant and timely content for PR, social media and digital channels
- Supporting the Head of External Communications in executing BFS's insight-content strategy
- Day-to-day management of BFS's external PR agency and media relations strategy to generate favourable national, regional and trade media coverage for BFS
- Publishing all relevant content on BFS's owned and shared digital channels
- Supporting BFS's social media strategy, ensuring relevant and timely content publication through corporate social profiles
- Supporting BFS's public review strategy, monitoring and responding to online reviews, ensuring alignment with acquisition and in-life activity, and managing the ongoing collection of client reviews
- Ongoing monitoring of BFS UK brand mentions, dividing appropriate reactive messaging where appropriate
- Managing external agency/vendor performance in line with KPI's to ensure excellent output and performance
- Engaging with internal stakeholders and communicating business messages internally to contribute to employee engagement
- Supporting the Head of External Communications by monitoring, evaluating and reporting BFS UK's PR and social media performance on an ongoing basis
- Keeping up-to-date with external trends, insight and media to proactively spot and propose creative new opportunities to enhance BFS's reputation through communications
What we are looking for in our ideal PR and Content Manager:
- Experience of public relations and social media management in either agency or in-house roles
- Experience of developing, coordinating and publishing content across multiple digital platforms
- Proven and demonstrable copywriting skills and a high level of written English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment, eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
- The ability to interpret primary and secondary data to develop newsworthy stories for media
