Proven experience of working within a recruitment agency is essential.
Independent recruitment agency for temporary Industrial, Construction and Engineering personnel is seeking an experienced Resourcer to join their team based in Essex.
Key duties will include:
* Resourcing of temp Industrial/Trades and Labour personnel.
* Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
* Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals and advertising.
* Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates to be on site (RTW, CSCS/PPE).
* Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates for the Industrial/Trades and Labour Consultants.
They have an excellent reputation in the trades market and are on many PSL's, the team is constantly winning new business and growing at a fast pace.
