Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to work for an organisation located in Northampton.
The purpose of this role is to work with the Service Director to ensure there is a smooth running of operations for the association. The role is to provide an intensive amount of support and high level of service to customers alongside tenancy sustainment.
You will be required to complete tasks with the housing department and therefore contribute in ensuring that the accommodation is a safe, welcoming and secure environment. You will also have to Interview and assess potential applicants.
You will also be required to assess and support individuals on their requirements and plans as well as manage a case load of customers and the development of each individual.
There will be a high level of administration required, which is highly important due to compliance regulations.
The hours are Monday to Friday- 8am-5pm.
This role is ongoing and could become permanent for the right candidate.
