We are partnered with an exciting and rapidly growing company who specialise in ServiceNow Implementation and Managed Service services. Putting staff first is their main goal, as they believe this is the best way to guarantee the quality and value, they provide their customers.
They are looking for an extremely organised, energetic, self-sufficient, and fun Office Manager to be the go-to person for all administrative needs, based out of their headquarters in Cardiff. The Office Manager will play a critical role within their operations team, working with the senior leadership team, managers and team members across departments to ensure smooth daily company functions and help the business scale up as the team expand quickly.
As an Office Manager, this person will get involved in several areas of the business, including: HR, Administrative management, Event management, Operational process management, etc.
The ideal candidate will be structured, organised, process-driven, flexible, sociable, and detail-oriented. You must be a self-starter with experience in working in fast-growth, start-up environment with great room for scaling up.
This role will be challenging and demanding but exciting and fun also.

Your responsibilities:
*Be the ambassador of company culture, demonstrate company values and encourage them in others through daily actions and team activities.
*Administer all company systems, making sure that team members have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their jobs.
*Coordinate with the company's Human Resources advisor on HR issues, including onboarding and offboarding.
*Manage the acquisition of quality certifications such as ISO9001, ISO27001 and the like.
*Manage vendors, including invoices, negotiations and payment reconciliation.
*Oversee the upkeeping of the Cardiff office, from overseeing Health & Safety measures to stocking kitchen cabinets with snacks and drinks.
*Be the company lead on office moves to accommodate future team growth.
*Create a friendly, inviting and healthy office environment.
*Coordinate with building management on maintenance needs for the office.
*Work directly with the COO on operational processes and needs.
*Organise quarterly events and weekly team lunches to boost employee morale.
*Manage the acquisition of quality certifications such as ISO9001, ISO27001, etc.
Preferred Experience
*Involved with a start-up or scale-up tech company and facilitated growth
*Experience in HR
*Experience in implementing quality certification programmes such as ISO
