Our client is a busy Letting Agency / Estate Agent with branches in Glasgow City Centre and Paisley. This family owned business has a great reputation for delivering the highest level of service to both its property owner and tenants alike.
They currently have a vacancy for an Inventory Clerk/ Property Inspector based in their Paisley branch.
The Inventory Clark will be responsible for:
* Carrying out detailed inventories of properties prior to a new tenant moving in.
* Carrying out final inspections in properties after the current tenant vacates.
* Compiling a detailed report of their findings and provide this to the outgoing tenant and the landlord.
* Project managing any resulting remedial works to properties
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors.
* Dealing with any repairs required on properties during vacant periods.
Our client is looking for someone who:
* Has a great attention to detail.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* An ability to self-manage and take initiative.
* Full clean driving licence and must have own car to use for business purposes.
This is a full time role between Monday and Friday.
