Data Analyst
Margate based, but travel throughout Kent
GBP12 Per Hour
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Temporary - Ongoing
Our client, a medical facility based in Margate, is looking for a Data Analyst to be responsible for reporting and analysing trends or anomalies to the team Manager and Facilities Directorate and identifying any inconsistencies or lapses in results.
The role will work closely with members of the Facilities department therefore will need to be able to work with staff of varying levels. Excellent communication skills are required to be successful in this role.
As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the???
Monitoring team performance against SLAs and KPIs and interrogate data to discover any recurring features that lead to potential failures
Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports for the internal Senior Leadership team and client teams
Interrogate data to identify patterns and trends.
Production of reports both for measuring statistics locally and for Director and Board-level reports.
Interpret complex data and create visual representation of this data to make it accessible, understandable, and useable for the Facilities team
Combine data sets across multiple sources and technologiesPerson Specification:
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work with large amounts of information and prioritize data request
Will need a good foundation in interpreting requests for data and turn these into visual reports
Ability to communicate and work across multi team set up essential to role
Highly levels of accuracy and attention to detail due to large requirement for input of data
Best in class problem solving skills required
Competency in literacy, particularly in the use of Excel highly desirable
Ability to find and propose/implement solutions to continually improve essential
