Robert Walters are delighted to be recruiting a HR Project Lead opportunity based in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity if you thrive on delivering HR Policies and Projects across a diverse team.

The successful candidate will be supporting across all areas within HR and the wider network. It's critical for the business to have a candidate with proven track record of delivering projects in a timely manner while still balancing daily ad-hoc duties.

You will support the Senior Policy and Project Lead on the development, review, and implementation and monitoring of employment policies, guidance, procedures and terms and conditions with the aim of making them fit for purpose for a global business.

Main Responsibilities:

- To be a flexible resource across the HR team by leading on or contributing to a range of HR projects, initiatives and employee relations issues to ensure the delivery of people strategies and HR work plans.

- Support delivery of Diversity projects and initiatives, helping to ensure that we are achieving the commitments and ambitions within the Diversity Strategy and action plan.

- Working in conjunction with the Senior HR Policy Advisor, lead on the implementation of diversity initiatives ensuring that we are achieving the commitments and ambitions within the current policies and action plan.

- Ensure every policy is carefully crafted for efficiency, supporting both the business plan and the team's performance. You'll also get the support of trade unions, collaborating and negotiating for the best result.

- Provide support to the review and development of recruitment approaches, moving from competency based selection to the introduction of success profiles.

- Ensure the timely corporate communication of any changes to HR policy and procedures which might impact on budgets and workforce planning or have implications for individual staff.

- Ensure any allocated HR policy is best fit and reflects the latest thinking within HR management, legislation.

- Provide expert advice, HR services and coaching to managers, both directly and through business partners.

Requirements:

- CIPD or equivalent

- Worked within a project/change management role and proven track record of delivery in a timely manner

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong Project Management skills

- Excellent IT Skills
