Human Resources Manager - High Wycombe - Competitive Salary - Plus benefits.
I am working with a hugely reputable, entrepreneurial household name and brand that over the past 16 years or so have made a huge dent in their industry by manufacturing high end products and have remained at the top of their game throughout all the challenges our economy throws at them.
Due to an already massively successful 2020 they are now looking to expand their senior team by adding a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to work alongside and support the MD and CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing HR Initiatives in line with company objectives
* Streamlining company benefits, L & D & procedures
* Implementing training programmes, disciplinary processes and Health & Safety policies.
* Managing payroll and pensions
* Building lasting relationships with external suppliers and recruitment partners
* Providing the team with updates on all employee/people matters etc
* Support to CFO and MD at all times
Desirable Experience:
* Ideally a graduate with a recognised HR qualification
* Strong knowledge of employment law, best practice, disciplinary procedures etc
* Ability to influence and challenge where necessary
* Be inspirational to the business
* Be an excellent communicator to the people in the teams
* Demonstrate high levels on confidence and integrity at all times.
This is a huge opportunity to develop a rapidly changing business, you will be given full autonomy to make decisions and challenge for the better and greater good of the company. Ongoing development will be offered from the get go
