The primary objective of the role is to complete forms on behalf of the General Public who are unable to complete their required forms on-line.
The role will be working from home.
Working hours are between 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-1pm on a Saturday. You will be issued a full time rota of 37.5 hours between the service opening times and will need to be able to accept the rota given. Bespoke IT KIT and training will be provided.
The role pays GBP8.72 per hour.
During this interview process you will be required to provide your right to work, proof of address and proof of National Insurance number. A DBS is required for this role and if you don't have a prior certificate, we will need to process a new one (there will be a charge attached to this). Further vetting processes may be carried out.
