You will be a key part of the Zzoomm team, working closely with all levels of staff across the business, ensuring an excellent and high standard of service. This is an exciting opportunity to support and contribute in the continuous growth of the Company.

Who will guide me???.?
You will report to the HR People Partner.
A day in the life of???
* Administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle e.g. on-boarding, induction, leavers, employee relations etc.
* Generate and issue documentation Including offer paperwork, amendment to contract letters, termination letters etc.
* Maintaining HRIS and electronic personnel files
* Managing the People Team email Inbox
* Co-ordinating inductions for new starters
* Undertaking pre-employment checks including right to work and reference checks
* Auditing of personnel files
* Updating internal spreadsheets
* Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects, alongside the People Partner
* Offering advice, guidance and support to Zzoommers across the business
* Monthly reporting for payroll
Experience you will need...
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified is essential
* Experience in creating and updating HR policies would be advantageous
* Previous experience in a HR Assistant/Co-ordinator/Advisor role is essential
* Experience handling confidential information to a high standard
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy, good eye for detail
* Experience of using PeopleHR would be advantageous
* Experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment and a working Experience you will need...knowledge of HR practices
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work to challenging timescales
* Being start-up ready; experience of working in a start-up or similar environment will really help you
