We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator / Administrator for our client based in the Sand Hutton area of York. This role is a pivotal role that is required within an innovative technology-led company who develop, manufacture and distribute rapid testing products for a range of medical, veterinary and engineering applications.

The company are going through an exciting period of growth and are wanting to hear from those who feel they would be a real asset to the company!

Key Responsibilities:

Issue employment contracts and offer letters
Manage the documentation for starters and leavers
Maintain personnel filing systems
Administer the management transfer/promotion process and paperwork in relation to contractual changes.
Control and monitor sickness and holidays in the internal system
Provide weekly and monthly HR reports to the HR Manager
Provide administration support to the HR colleagues where requiredSkills Required:

Proven administration skills gained within a HR environment - Essential as we need them to hit ground running
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail - Essential they are responsible for contracts
Confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive and personal information - Essential
Excellent communication both written and verbal and customer service skills - Essential
Ability to work on own and prioritise own work load - Essential as there are times when they may be in the office alone
Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment - Essential. Team work is key in this busy department
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and email. Data and reporting skills - Essential
CIPD Qualification or willingness to work towards - Desirable
Details and Benefits :

Up to GBP25,000 per annum (experience dependent)
This is a Full-Time role on a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to be made permanent!
Full time hours - flexibility on how these hours are worked
To start ASAP!
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
