A vacancy has arisen within our Business Trading team for a Contract Pricing Co-ordinator based at our Doncaster site. Working closely with our National Sales teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering end-user contract agreements through Merchant channels via telephone and email.

The main duties and responsibilities within the role are to:

• Provide administration support for Ex-Yard and Direct end-users' pricing agreements
• Input agreed End-User/Installer agreements, as requested by our Technical Sales Managers
• Notify Sales Managers when authorisation or volume thresholds have been exceeded
• Accurately record and manage customer records within SAP and the CRM system
• Provide all necessary support to the external sales teams in an efficient and professional manner
• Develop and maintain an accurate understanding of the pricing structure across all Merchant hierarchies
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the industry, market place, customer base and sales team
• Effectively resolve End-User/Installer issues

To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and possess a good telephone manner. We are keen to hear from applicants who are PC literate, flexible in their approach, able to work quickly and accurately and possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills. Additionally, you must be comfortable working unsupervised as well as within a close knit, busy team.

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be mathematically confident and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
