We are looking for talented Quality Assessors to join our client's busy contact centre in Glasgow!

Role: Quality Assessors

Location: Work from home (6 month fixed term contract)

Hours: Full-time 40 hours/week, 5 over 7 days. Must have fully flexibility between 7am-11am

Salary: GBP21,000

Start Date: January 2021 - We will be holding immediate interviews and moving quickly on these roles.

This role will initially be based from home, but looking to return to our client's site once it's safe to do so.

As a Quality Assessor you will:

Confidently measure, analyse and report key themes with suggested improvements
Drive the quality of output in the campaign and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of campaign requirements.
Deliver calibrations, coach the coach, audits and dip checks to drive optimal performance.
Implement all necessary Quality Frameworks and Structures for all customer contacts
Mitigate business and customer risks relating to people, process and technologyAbout you:

Quality Assessor experience within a contact centre environment
Exceptional eye for detail and the ability to focus in a fast-paced role
