Six Month Contract Customer Service Agent - Working From Home
GBP8.72 per hour
40 hours per week working 5 days over 7
Must be fully flexible between hours of 7am and 11pm
To be considered for this working from home position I need you to confirm that you have your own equipment at home to these specifications:
i3/i5 min intel core laptop or PC
8gb ram
256 hdd / ssd
USB capable headset
Windows 10 operating system only - (no apple devices) And for your home broadband:
Capability for a fixed LAN cable into broadband router - WiFi connection is not suitable - must be hard wired
Working Home Broadband with a speed of 5MB or higherStart Date - Jan and Feb 2021

The customers you speak to will be expecting your call and the service you are offering plays a very strong part in the national recovery from the COVID19 crisis and beyond.
We are looking to recruit dynamic and flexible team-mates who will be dedicated to delivering on our unifying purpose of helping our customers and community.
For this role you will have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to positively control your calls, whilst displaying empathy and patience always.
Please note a Criminal Conviction check will be completed as part of your background checks.
