Senior Architect
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect to join a growing Housing Developer with a burgeoning reputation for delivering contemporary high-quality developments with traditional character.
We require a highly adept RIBA Chartered Architect with a wealth of UK industry experience within the Residential sector to come on board and take the design team to the next level. The successful Senior Architect will be very hands-on and get involved in projects throughout all RIBA stages whilst acting as an important figurehead of the team, ensuring to engage with the development of the junior members along the way.
The role will be very fast-paced and varied - making no 2 days the same. However, this will require a Senior Architect who has a demonstrable track-record of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
You will be required to liaise with all stakeholders of a project including clients, consultants and the construction team in order to make sure everyone is pulling in the right direction. As such you will require excellent communication skills to maintain professional relationships.

Essential Senior Architect Requirements
RIBA Chartered Architect
Minimum 5 years UK experience post qualification
Demonstrable experience within Residential sector
Ability to take a project through all RIBA stages
Team leadership ability
Outstanding technical skills, hands on at both design and technical delivery
Site delivery experience and excellent client-facing skills.
The successful Senior Architect can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of GBP40-GBP48k dependant on experience, as well as the opportunity to really put their own stamp on the future of a company and the career progression that would naturally come with that.
