We are working with colleagues to recruit additional people to support in the role of Receptionist / Front of house to work at one of a number of sites across the region.
This role forms an integral part of mass vaccination delivery within Nottingham
Reception / Front of House - COVID-19 Vaccination Programme
As a COVID-19 Front of House / Reception, you will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support at patient arrival to mass vaccination sites. You will also be responsible for:
• Patient check-in and site allocation.
• Initial patient health check to ensure they are COVID-19 symptom free and escalate more challenging scenarios.
• Verifying patient documentation and ensure they meet basic eligibility criteria to get a vaccination.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensure strict data confidentiality.
Training: local context training and information will be provided; each successful individual will be fully experienced and skilled in their field
