The Company:

ER Recruitment are working in conjunction with our client, Paradigm Wills. They are a privately owned niche organisation based in the East Midlands, specialising in Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Estate Planning.

Following a period of growth, they are looking for multiple Self Employed determined, motivated and professional individuals to join their team. Professional Service sector experience is ideal, yet not essential as full training is provided; however, you must have a phone, laptop, and your own car.

All Training and development will be held at their Leicester Office, along with a full back office support offering.

Role & Responsibilities of the Will Writing & Estate Planning Consultant:

* New Business Development Activities

* Social media lead generation and profiling

* Generating your own meetings

* Networking with other Professional industries including, but not limited to, Accountants, IFAs, Brokers and Solicitors

* Clearly and concisely explain complex issues to clients surrounding estate planning

* Manage and nurture professional relationships with existing and potential introducers

About You:

* Excellent organisational skills

* Can do, and go-getting attitude

* Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure

* Comfortable talking to other business owners, in a professional and understanding manner

* Ability to empathise with customers
